Q. Do finishes in collections match?
A. Our furniture is rustic and hand-finished. Pieces will have a consistent overall tone (i.e. light vs. dark); however, there are some variances in the finishes and therefore we cannot guarantee exact matching.
Q. Why doesn’t my furniture look like it does in the catalog/on the website?
A. All of our furniture is handmade in India of native hardwoods. Variations in grain and coloration are a natural feature of hardwood as are knots and other differences in texture. With collections, the best way to determine color is to look at overall similarities in finishes in pieces in the entire collection
Q. Will my furniture crack?
A. All of the wood used to construct our furniture is kiln dried hardwood which minimizes the chance of cracking. Some natural movement at seams is to be expected and will not compromise the structure of the piece. (Please note that seam splitting differs from natural distress.)
Q. What is considered natural distress?
A. Cracks within the wood, knots, indentations and other superficial imperfections are considered natural distress. Also, our furniture is hand-made and there are elements of that construction (filled nail holes, etc.) that can be seen upon close inspection. They blend in with the look of our furniture and add to the rustic charm.
Q. What is the best way to care for my furniture?
A. We recommend daily cleaning with a soft, clean cloth to minimize scratching; annual or semi-annual application of a high quality paste wax to maintain the wood’s natural moisture, and restore patina; and the use of coasters and trivets to protect the surface from discoloration. Q. How can I repair scratches, dents and water rings?
A. Because stripping the finish is the only way to truly repair scratches, dents and water rings, we strongly recommend seeking professional assistance.
Q. How do I purchase furniture shown on the website?
A. To purchase any of the furniture shown on our website, please complete the Contact Us section using the message box for what you would like to purchase along with your city, state, zip code, and whether the shipment will be going to a business or residence. With that information, we will then provide you a shipping quote. To then place your order, we can either call you at a predetermined time or you may call us toll free at 1-877-828-8255. We accept Visa or MasterCard for phone orders.

A. You may purchase any item in this area by clicking on the plus sign beneath the item. Then follow the “Click here to buy” hyperlink to the sales page.
Q. How do I purchase items in the Decor Section?
A. To purchase any of the items from this area, please call us toll free at 1-877-828-8255 with the Item # of the piece you would like to order. All items in the Decor section are freight prepaid and ship within 4-6 weeks. We accept Visa or MasterCard for phone orders.

A. We strive to provide complete, current, and accurate information on our website at all times.
